At Valkill Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned furniture must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Shipping
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it into the original boxes with all hardware and assembly instructions included.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient curbside collection from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned piece for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
